Meet the Coven!

These days our coven consists of Kellen, Adelaide, Ozzy, and Zoë

Kellen (she/they) is a founding member of the Coven. They are also a mother to three young boys (all cats). She is also DOCTOR of history and is wrote a dissertation on slavery, freedom, and the ways white people lie to themselves about their own complicity in oppressive systems. Besides SOTB, their current pet project is "Insurrect!", a radical history blog that launched in August 2020. (Her other pet project is her pets—they're cats. Did you know Kellen has cats?)

Adelaide (they/them) is a founding member of the Coven. They are a musician, artist, and astrologer. Check out their music project Adelaide on bandcamp and spotify. they believe in the power of psychedelics to heal! they love their friends more than anything else in this world. they're currently obsessed with fellow scorpio moons, their tarot deck, and everyone who is questioning their gender. 

Ozzy (they/them) joined the Coven in 2020. They are a Cancer who recently learned their Capricorn moon is responsible for MOST of their problems. They've been spending quarantine baking cornbread, becoming a gamer, and caring for a venus fly trap. They're always down to talk horror movies, hip hop, and hot chip brands. 🤩🔥🥵

Zoë (they/she/goth) joined the Coven in 2018. They are currently aspiring to get a cat, learn how to skate, and figure out how to implement goth/goth as a set of pronouns (but will accept she/her or they/them in the meantime). She is also working on her dual masters in Gender Studies & Social Work, and will report back if they finally crack the code to this whole gender thing. You can find Zoë reading astrology charts (and yes they are a quintuple sag if you somehow didn’t know ???), watching horror films in which cishet men get murdered, cooking deliciously over-salted foods, and video-hanging with her bffs.
